Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing with us. We hope you truly feel happy and satisfied with the purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to any reason, you may return it to us. For more information, check our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be completed within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. All returned items must be with all original tags and labels that are attached during the delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
Please email customer service solutions@masteraire.comto obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return an item. After getting an RMA number, put the item securely in its original packaging, and mail it back to the following address:

Please note: you have to bear all return shipping charges & restocking fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving the return, we inspect the condition of your item and then will process your return. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you all by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following products can not be returned:
- Used Items
- Consumables including filters, compressed air tanks, oil, and service parts
Please Note
- A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- The Goods may not be returned to MasterAire unless approved. MasterAire has the right to refuse any returns at its sole discretion, without giving the notice of its decision to the Purchaser. The shipping expenses, re-stocking fees and credit card charges are the Purchaser's responsibility.
