The MasterAire 110 kW air cooled oil free rotary screw air compressor uses two stage screw compression with a permanent magnet motor and variable frequency drive, so output follows demand instead of running at full speed. It delivers a nominal 883 CFM on a normal volume basis, adjustable between 424 and 901 CFM, at a working pressure of 145 PSI.
An integrated catalytic treatment stage removes oil from the compressed air before delivery, with internal heat recovery feeding the catalytic process to limit the energy it consumes. Intended for production equipment, pneumatic tools and manufacturing processes where clean, oil free compressed air and low operating cost both matter.
